To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, and to protect the site from abuse, we also record:

- How you reached us — e.g. Google search, an advertisement (including UTM campaign tags and ad click IDs), social media or a direct visit
- Your IP address
- Your browser, operating system and device type (mobile, tablet or desktop)
- Anonymous page-view statistics (pages visited, referrer and device type) — visitors are counted with a daily code that cannot be turned back into an IP address
3. How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send you marketing messages that are unrelated to your enquiry without your consent.

- To measure which pages, searches and advertising campaigns work, and improve our website
- To prevent spam and misuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions)

4. Who can see your information
- Our sales and project team, who reply to your enquiry
- Our marketing team, who see campaign and traffic data with contact details hidden
- Service providers who host our website and database, or provide analytics and advertising measurement (such as Google), only as needed to run those services
- Authorities, when the law requires it
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any project that follows, and then for the period required by law. Anonymous page-view statistics are deleted automatically after about 400 days.
7. How we protect it
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to enquiries is limited to signed-in staff with the right permissions, and admin passwords are stored securely hashed. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop contacting you
